Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year experience working in the Behavioral Health field/population in a group home or a residential facility setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and supports the individual in a variety of settings, including community, family or individual homes and ATF facilities.
• Provides personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support as per the Person-Centered Plan/ISP.
• Aims to enhance health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every consumer.
