Job summary

Bellin Health is seeking a clinically competent professional to support care on the Adult Unit of the inpatient psychiatry facility. The position offers 28 hours per week (.70 FTE) with a mix of day and evening shifts, including every other weekend rotation.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development or related field and complete CPI and CPR training by orientation end. Supervision is provided by an RN and licensed therapist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPI and CPR training must be completed by end of orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering care through a planned process of observation, planning, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation.
• Interact with patients, families, and health care team while maintaining professional standards.
• Work under supervision of a licensed RN and licensed therapist.
• Perform duties on the Adult Unit of the inpatient psychiatry facility.

• Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI) and CPR must be successfully completed by the end of orientation.
