Compensation and Availability

Compensation up to $18/hour. Do you have experience working with children with mental and behavioral health? Are you available to start immediately? Our client is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children in residential facilities. All shifts are available. Independent Contractors must be fully vaccinated.

Hourly Rate

Up to $18/hr. Compensation depends on the contractor’s experience, education, availability, and skills.

Client's Summary of Behavioral Health Technician/TSS Role
  • Oversee the safety and location of all children at all times.
  • Provide nurturing care that focuses on child development.
  • Actively participate with children in all activities. Ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Notify the coordinator of any personal or programmatic problems and suggestions.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Associate degree preferred; 18 years of age or older.
  • Some experience working with children.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for member service, building, and maintaining a culture of service excellence.
