Socket.dev is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to join our Clinical & Behavioral Services team in Massachusetts. The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and focuses on delivering high-quality behavioral services within Venture Day and Residential programs. Compensation is hourly.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-4p or 9a-5p. Pay: $23–$27/hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in a relevant field; ABA experience preferred; must be 21+, have a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, required.
• Preferred three years of professional level experience in ABA/relevant field and intellectual disabilities/autism.
• Must be 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, daily use of a car on site and be available by telephone for daily contact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, providing staff training and support as requested.
• Collaborates with multiple team members to ensure effective planning and delivery of services.
• Review data prior to making behavior plan changes.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments using staff interviews and observation.
• Initiate baseline data tracking for new behaviors and provide instructions to staff.
