COPE Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to support the treatment team by supervising daily milieu and facilitating activities of daily living, education, and recovery groups. The role requires implementing treatment plans and providing positive cues and redirection to clients.

The position is based in Tucson, AZ, with a schedule to be determined. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans, plus paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; no experience needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree; or associate degree with 1 year behavioral health work experience; or high school diploma with Peer Support Specialist cert plus 2 years behavioral health work experience; or high school diploma with four years behavioral health work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily milieu of programs/services as assigned.
• Read and implement a client’s treatment plan.
• Provide clients with positive cues and redirection.
