This position is a Temporary Behavioral Health Specialist role at University Manor, with opportunities for on-demand pay, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Director of social services in meeting the emotional and social needs of residents. Responsibilities include completing MDSs, conducting resident group sessions, monitoring behavior, providing counseling, and managing Behavior Care Plans. Adherence to health, sanitary, and infection control policies is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with staff and community members.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitary protocols.
• Flexible working hours as needed.
• No health or safety threats to others.

Experience

Healthcare experience in social services, direct care, or hospitality is preferred.
