Job summary

The Garrett County Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified clinician for a full-time contract to provide mental health and substance-use services, including individual and group counseling. You will perform mental health diagnostics and assessments and deliver services at approved office or school locations.

The role requires professional integrity and clinical excellence with reliable time management and clear communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Graduate Social Worker (by 2018-06-30), MSW (on/after 2018-07-01) or CSW per Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners.
• If not licensed yet, may apply and submit license when obtained; notify Testing Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and/or substance-related services to clients, including individual and group counseling.
• Complete mental health diagnostics and/or substance use assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver services at approved office locations and/or school locations.
