Inova Alexandria Hospital is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Safety Coach to join the team. This role will be a Full Time Night Shift, 4/10-hour shifts with every other weekend included.

Behavioral Health Safety Coach Job Responsibilities:
* Facilitates the debrief of a safety event or safety concern.
* Participates in safety meetings and serve on the workplace violence committee. Educates, trains, and mentors Clinical Technicians and Mental Health Technicians on aspects of safety incident reporting.
* Disseminates and delivers safety messaging as appropriate to the organization.
* Provides direct care to patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
Behavioral Health Safety Coach Additional Requirements:
* Work schedule: Night Shift: 4/10-hour shifts every other weekend
* Candidate will be orienting at Mt. Vernon hospital 5-6 weeks
* Education: High School diploma or equivalent
* Experience: 2 years of relevant clinical work experience
