Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital of Jackson, part of Oceans Healthcare, is expanding inpatient behavioral health services on the St. Dominic's campus in Jackson.

We are hiring registered nurses to lead milieu management and patient care for adults and seniors. This 12-hour shift position offers sponsorships for RNs, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, daily pay, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Compact licenses accepted where applicable.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• One year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and educate patients on medications.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Lead milieu management and coordinate patient care with nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, federal and state regulations.
• Provide patient safety and quality nursing care across shifts.
