Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care following clinical protocols and physician orders, collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in good standing is required.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and follow protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to implement care plans.
