Job summary

Avera Behavioral Health Center-Sioux Falls is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2209373-EV-E role in Sioux Falls, SD. This full-time position offers rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays and a pay range of $32.50-$48.50 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

You will provide nursing care, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the Adult C Unit, which supports 44 beds and includes favorable nurse-patient ratios.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license.
• 1-3 years clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Delivers Nursing Care by developing nursing diagnoses and care objectives.
• Coordinates with the health care team to provide patient-centered care.
• Documents care plans, patient conditions, and interventions.
• Maintains infection-control and safety standards in patient areas.
