The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, and CPI within 30 days of hire, with a full-time day shift (7am-3:30pm) in a high-quality behavioral health setting that values compassionate care and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to behavioral health patients using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support patients and families through education and compassionate care.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients in mental health crises.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in the EHR.
• Follow regulatory, hospital, and nursing standards to ensure high-quality care.
• Promote patient dignity, privacy, and recovery-focused treatment.
