Job summary
BrightView Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in Dayton, Ohio. You will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care for individuals on their journey toward mental health and recovery, in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on treatment and stabilization.
You will administer medications, participate in treatment planning, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation in our EMR while upholding HIPAA and
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use.
- Preferred 2+ years in drug/alcohol or psychiatric settings.
- Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Licensed RN in the state of Ohio.
- Experience with EMR and HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and injections per nursing guidelines.
- Support treatment planning and monitor vital signs for dose changes.
- Coordinate appointments, attend MDT meetings, and document in EMR.
- Maintain medication inventory and ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
