Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CT RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required; obtain if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate nursing care for psychiatric inpatients.
• Assess health status via history and exam.
• Initiate therapeutic procedures and adapt plans with protocols.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease management.
• Document care in medical records and communicate with physicians.
• Support safety and crisis intervention as needed.
