Qualifications

• RN licensure is required; preference for additional certification/licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Minimum five years of relevant healthcare experience in related settings.

Responsibilities

• Screens populations across age groups to identify behavioral health needs.
• Completes initial and subsequent nursing assessments and documents findings.
• Maintains a therapeutic environment and collaborates with the care team.
• Intervenes during emergencies using evidence-based practices.
• Coaches on medication management and administers medications.
• Participates in care team meetings and health promotion efforts.
• Contributes to accreditation activities and professional image.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
