Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, reassess, and document patient care per interdisciplinary treatment plan.
• Provide 1:1 therapy and patient/family education; lead or co-lead groups.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to develop and revise discharge plans.
• Serve as charge nurse as assigned and maintain nursing standards.
• Float to geropsych, adult, and adolescent units as needed.
