Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Must have six or more months of relevant nursing experience or participate in Nurse Residency.
• Ability to learn quickly, teamwork, accountability and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per policies and standards of care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care and communication among patients, families and care teams.
• Maintain patient education, documentation and evidence-based practices.
• Support safe transitions and discharge planning.
