Qualifications

• BSN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• 1+ year behavioral health experience, inpatient or outpatient.
• Strong knowledge of psychotropic meds and administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as prescribed; monitor efficacy and side effects.
• Provide emotional and psychological support using evidence-based communication.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care, including discharge planning.
