Job summary

Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital in Malden, MA is actively hiring Registered Nurses. New grads are encouraged to apply in a community-focused facility where patient safety comes first and lifelong learning is supported from day one.

As part of Acadia Healthcare’s network, this state-of-the-art 144-bed hospital will open in fall 2025, offering competitive pay and a weekend shift differential. Nurses will assist with admissions, assessments and care planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or eligibility.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state/facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Provide nursing care within nursing practice standards and facility policies.
• Administer medications per orders and document accurately.
