Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital in Malden, MA, is seeking a PRN RN House Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations and staffing. The role supports inpatient and behavioral health services at a new, state-of-the-art 144-bed facility opening fall 2025.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, compassionate care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and managing census and acuity.

Qualifications

• BSN from accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• 1+ year of RN experience required; 1+ year in psychiatric/recovery preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations and staffing to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Model excellent customer service and prioritize patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards across units.
• Manage census and acuity, allocate resources, and cover call-offs or vacation as needed.
• Coordinate physician orders, care plans, and documentation, including med administration.
