Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patients and groups.
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources with an interdisciplinary approach.
• Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Support customer satisfaction and staff morale while upholding nursing standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.
