Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the shift.
• Demonstrate leadership through duties like delegating tasks (groups, close observation, meal supervision).
• Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and high-quality care is delivered.
• Monitor patient for changes in condition and respond; notify physician as needed.
• Follow hospital policy for medication administration.
• Interact with patients with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Deliver quality nursing care to achieve treatment plan goals per hospital policies.
• Assist with comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients.
