New Mexico Solutions in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Registered Nurse to provide integrated, person-centered care within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The RN will assess, monitor, and support individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, coordinating care and administering medications as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NM required; behavioral health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications applicable to behavioral health.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments including physical and behavioral health screenings.
• Monitor vital signs, medication adherence, and overall health status.
• Administer medications and support MAT as applicable.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and care coordinators on treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on medications, diagnoses, and wellness strategies.
• Participate in crisis intervention and coordination with mobile crisis teams.
• Assist with intake, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CCBHC standards, state regulations, and policies.
