The role is day shift, full-time, with a base salary of $130,000–$150,000 and productivity incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and CME support to advance patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in New Mexico.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing medication monitoring and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination efforts.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices within the CCBHC framework.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team in Albuquerque, NM. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health, community mental health, or integrated care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient‑centered care
• Experience working with diverse populations and complex clinical presentations is a plus
