Job summary

Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital, part of Oceans Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead milieu management and patient care in a behavioral health setting. You will apply nursing processes, ensure safe medication administration, and document patient progress on a 12-hour rotating shift.

The role requires an active RN license, an ADN or higher, and at least one year of inpatient experience; CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required; de-escalation training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Identify risk levels, plan discharge, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients on prescribed therapies.
• Document care and patient responses accurately and on time.
