Job summary

The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse position at Angels Care Home Health provides psychiatric evaluation and therapy to home bound patients in Naples, FL. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, manage medication profiles, complete admissions and discharges, and supervise Home Health Aides while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of psychiatric nursing experience, RN license, driver’s license, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, ADN or BSN).
• Current state RN license and CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home psychiatric assessments and provide therapy per plan of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
• Maintain accurate medication profiles and complete admissions/discharges on time.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and participate in QA activities.
