Job summary

Optum is seeking an RN Clinical Manager in Danbury, CT to lead a behavioral health home care team. You will provide operational and clinical leadership, mentor nurses and clinical staff, oversee staffing, care planning, and documentation, and collaborate with physicians to drive quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut.
• Clinical experience in home health, behavioral health, or a related care setting (2+ years).
• Passion for leading, mentoring, and developing clinical teams.
• Knowledge of home health regulations, documentation, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
