RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an RN for the Short Term Care (STC) unit in Toms River, NJ. The role focuses on behavioral health nursing within a 40-bed STC unit, offering day shifts and hourly compensation.

The RN will perform assessments, administer care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient transitions. Applicants must hold an active New Jersey RN license in good standing with a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognizing clinical changes.
• Administering medications and treatments safely with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborating with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care.
