ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions seeks an RN to deliver psychiatric and behavioral health care across children, adolescents, adults and the aging population. You will perform screenings, monitor meds, educate patients and assist with case management within a supportive team.

Travel across the assigned service area is required to provide comprehensive care, with a strong focus on developmental disabilities and trauma-informed approaches. Full-time benefits are included.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license.
• Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Preferably experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Address the behavioral and physical health needs of clients receiving treatment for psychiatric symptoms.
• Perform health care screenings and check vital signs.
• Administrating injections and other medications as needed.
• Monitor and administer medication.
• Educate clients on pharmaceuticals.
• Gather client information and history from the Nurse Practitioner.
• Case management duties including coordination of community services.
• Assist clients in building skills including emotion, stress and anger management, communication and interpersonal relationships.
