BJC HealthCare is seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Nurse to provide direct patient care to individuals in the behavioral health community, floating between North and Central St. Louis teams. The role is as-needed with no weekends, holidays or on-call at this time and clinic hours 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities include assessing preferences, developing care plans with the interprofessional team, and ensuring communication across the continuum of care in EMR in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Missouri)
• 2-5 years nursing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values and needs.
• Develop, implement and document individualized care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family.
• Communicate plan of care across the continuum of care and ensure timely updates in EMR.
• Promote equity, empathy and patient-family centered care in all interactions.
• Evaluate patient condition changes and adjust plans; collaborate with family/caregivers and team.

Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing

RN License
