Job summary

Ibis Healthcare in Florida seeks a Registered Nurse for the FACT TEAM to provide direct nursing care to patients with behavioral health disorders. You will coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, supervise LPNs when needed, and participate in on-call rotations including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include teaching team members about monitoring psychiatric symptoms and med side effects, assisting in medication management, and documenting care per nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Registered Nurse program; 1 year experience preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Florida RN license.
• Ability to present information to managers, patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Multitasking ability and basic computer skills.
• Must have valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation; 21+.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physiological, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients and report findings.
• Implement the plan of care based on nursing standards and practice.
• Evaluate the appropriateness of nursing interventions in the plan of care.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation to be approved by a RN or DNP.
• Demonstrate competency in critical thinking and decision-making with RN/DNP involvement when required.
• Monitor staff and continuous workflow of the program.
