Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in the Behavioral Health Outpatient programs across Mt Gretna, Lebanon, Lancaster and York. The role involves coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and delivering evidence-based nursing interventions in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure with relevant experience in behavioral health, be comfortable with flexible daytime hours, and commit to patient- and family-centered

Qualifications

• Diploma Program required or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate direct nursing care.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications.
• Document patient responses and progress.
• Communicate patient needs for handoffs/ transfers.
• Promote safety, quality and evidence-based practice.
