Job summary

Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital Phoenix, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. This is a full-time Day Shift position covering 36 hours per week with benefits and opportunities for overtime.

The RN coordinates and evaluates patient care in collaboration with the health team under nursing standards of care and practice. Arizona licensure, CPR/BLS, and fingerprint clearance are required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Arizona or compact privileges (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 12-65yrs+. For geriatric unit, 1 year of med/surg experience is preferred.
• Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaboration with health team members.
• Adhere to the nursing process and standards of care and practices.
• Schedule: This is a full-time position; Day shift 36 hours with overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
