Wilson Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our 19-bed Adult Behavioral Health Unit. This in-person role requires 3x12 shifts (7a–7p) with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will assess patients, initiate nursing interventions, apply crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, and document care and medical necessity. Requirements include a current state RN license, a nursing degree, and BLS; ACLS/PALS within six months.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification required within 30 days; ACLS and PALS within six months.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and identify care needs.
• Initiate nursing interventions and document care.
• Apply crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Document medical necessity in the medical record.
• Perform timely QI assessments.
