Saint Mary's Regional Health System in Russellville, AR seeks a Behavioral Health RN for full-time day shifts (3x12). Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate care in a Level III Trauma Center setting.

This role emphasizes direct patient care, medication administration, patient education and collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists and support staff. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.
• Active Arkansas RN license (compact acceptable) and PSOR readiness.
• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Administers medications and performs clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition.
• Communicates patient status to care team and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinates transfers, discharges and referrals as needed.
• Educates patients and families appropriately.
• Advocates for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
