Job summary

Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the care team. The RN will use the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and coordinate with other health professionals to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license in-state, BLS certification, and adherence to licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of start date.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family involvement and education.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team via delegation and coordination.
• Provide or delegate care aligned with plan and maintain timely documentation.
