As a Behavioral Health RN, you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of patients facing emotional, psychological, or psychiatric challenges. You’ll:
Manage a caseload of patients with empathy and clinical excellence
Create and evolve care plans based on real-time assessments
Provide in-home care focused on both mental health and whole-person wellness
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and care teams
Offer emotional and educational support to patients, families, and caregivers
Guide end-of-life discussions and provide bereavement support when needed
Coach and mentor peers in behavioral health best practices

Active, unrestricted RN license (state-specific)
1+ year of clinical nursing experience (Behavioral Health or Home Health preferred)
A passion for behavioral wellness and human-centered care
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Willingness to travel locally (up to 50%)
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Familiarity with Homecare HomeBase EMR
