Job summary

You will help build the program from the ground up, establish care practices, support patients in crisis, and create a therapeutic, patient-centered environment that advances

Qualifications

• Current Wyoming RN license (unrestricted).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; associate degree required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; preferred in behavioral health.
• Minimum 1 year behavioral health experience; preferred.
• BLS, required.
• ACLS, required within a year of start date.
• PALS, required within a year of start date.
• De-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications within scope.
• Support safety planning and recovery goals.
• Coordinate and de-escalate as needed.
• Communicate with providers, patients, and families.
• Document care per standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
