Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our compassionate team. As a Behavioral Health RN, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a safe, therapeutic environment, supporting children, adolescents, and adults on their recovery journeys.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing staff, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and participate in treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN License or Compact State RN License eligible to practice in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support when needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote patient safety through observation, intervention, and therapeutic communication.
