Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for a temporary 13-week assignment. The role offers 12-hour day or night shifts, with a direct temporary opportunity and a fixed rate of $60/hour.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, and educating families. Requires RN license, 1 year of nursing experience (psychiatric experience a plus), CPR and de-escalation certification, and ability to work nights and rotating weekends.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license as required by Arizona or eligibility to practice.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral experience a plus.
• CPR certification; de-escalation and restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Mansioni

• Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and provide care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications and document controlled substances accurately.
• Coordinate unit activities and communicate with staff and patients.
