CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to manage referrals and admissions for out-of-home residential treatment. You will liaise with utilization management teams, residential providers, and care teams to ensure timely access to quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in behavioral health, with travel up to 10%. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential in a virtual/desk-based work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health system or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions for members in out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate residential providers to support treatment goals.
• Manage referral process, track responses, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes, providers, and community partners to submit required clinical information.
• Monitor referral status and facility timelines to promote timely access to care.
• Serve as primary contact for residential treatment providers and internal stakeholders.
