Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social or health science required.
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Must complete Florida State University’s CITI trainings prior to participant interaction and recertify every 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit participants, screen, obtain informed consent, schedule visits, train participants on study technologies, collect physical measurements (height, weight, blood pressure).
  • Conduct webinars and telephone coaching sessions, maintain records, enter data, prepare basic charts, review literature, and assist with grant documents and regulatory requirements.
  • Train new staff to interview and assess participants and coordinate with lab personnel.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain digital repositories, order supplies, arrange travel, and support conference planning.
