PathPoint is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Life Skills Center in Thousand Oaks, CA 91360. The role is 16 hours per week, with a schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4:30pm.

This position offers an hourly wage starting at $27.50 with a pay range of $26.50–$28.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, sick leave, and a 403(b) with company match.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field
• Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with mental health disorders, or two years' experience in human services or recreation therapy
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal billing procedures is preferred
• Must meet all legal requirements to bill Medi-Cal
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, 5 years of driving experience, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.
• Culturally sensitive and aware of differences in employees based on cultural backgrounds; aware of one's own culture and how someone's background may lead to biases; has the skills and resources needed to work with employees from all different cultures and the ability to avoid making biased assumptions based on someone's culture.

Compensation:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage of $27.5 per hour. The pay range for this position is $26.50-$28.50** an hour.

**Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, talent, and responsibilities.
