Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing with CT RN license.
• BLS certification required on hire and maintained.
• Trained in CPI and de-escalation techniques with certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain safe, structured milieu and age-appropriate care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and accurately.
