Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem night shifts at Burlington Hospital, located in South Jersey. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, delegating tasks and guiding the health care team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 0-1 years of experience (2-4 preferred), an NJ RN license, and an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Compensation includes a nightly rate aligned with per diem expectations.

• Participates in orientation, education and development of healthcare team.
• Identifies and participates in the performance improvement activities.
• Maintains professional and departmental level competencies.

Job Summary
