Hope Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with mental health and developmental needs. Hope Network seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with mental health and developmental needs. The RN completes clinical assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers and monitors medications, and responds to behavioral and psychiatric crises using trauma-informed approaches. In this collaborative, mission-driven setting, you’ll work closely with therapists, case managers, and direct support staff, coordinate with families and community providers, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and nursing assessments for individuals with mental health and developmental needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized, person-centered care plans
• Administer and monitor psychiatric and medical medications, including side effects and effectiveness
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning using trauma-informed approaches
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, physicians, and direct support staff on coordinated care
• Educate clients and families on diagnoses, medications, coping skills, and wellness strategies
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements
