Acacia Network is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator in New York to analyze clinical documentation and ensure compliance with OASAS/OMH and HIPAA guidelines. You will lead audits, identify trends, and help develop corrective action plans to improve patient care and regulatory adherence.

The role emphasizes QA leadership, staff coaching, and collaboration across programs to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction in a diverse healthcare environment.

Formación

• Associates degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, RHIA or related field required.
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, RHIA or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience in project coordination, audit readiness and/or care management preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience working in a mental health, Primary care or substance abuse setting required
• Knowledge of OMH, OASAS and Health Homes concepts and processes required.

Responsabilidades

• Concurrent reviews of OASAS and OMH medical records to validate completeness and compliance.
• Lead behavioral health EHR reviews, PDSAs, and performance improvement projects.
• Provide recommendations to management based on audit findings.
• Ensure audits are complete, accurate and documented timely.
• Facilitate monthly CQI meetings and monitor program chart audits.
• Develop systems to measure patient outcomes and satisfaction.
