Job summary

DSHS Maple Lane in Washington state seeks a Psychology Associate to provide psychosocial interventions to residents at the Baker Unit. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver group and individual therapy and support safety planning and clinical documentation.

The role requires a master’s degree in psychology or related field and WA licensure, with on-site scheduling including Sunday to Thursday 9am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.
• Registration as a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor or professional licensure in the State of Washington.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary treatment team and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychosocial interventions to residents.
• Provide group and individual therapy per treatment plan.
• Contribute to treatment goals and safety planning with the team.
• Maintain current clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor risk factors and respond to crises as needed.
