Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Behavioral Health Integrated Program (BHIP) Supervisor to oversee three BHIP teams within the Outpatient Behavioral Health Division. You will manage clinical, training and administrative activities and monitor program data to improve treatment effectiveness.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding program development, and ensuring compliance with VA education and internship standards. Licensure compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA/PCSAS/CPA-accredited program, aligned with the assignment.
• Must hold full, current psychology licensure in US or DC.
• Internship and/or board certification requirements per VA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical, training and administrative areas of three BHIP teams.
• Monitor program data to ensure treatment effectiveness and drive process improvements.
• Provide leadership to ensure program goals and staff development.
