Chesterfield County is seeking a Behavioral Health Psychologist for its Employee Behavioral Health Program (EBHP) within the Employee Medical Center. Candidates must have a doctorate in clinical psychology, three years of licensed experience, and an active clinical license in Virginia. Preferred qualifications include crisis intervention experience and work with high-stress professions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing psychological services.
  2. Conducting evaluations.
  3. Offering training.
  4. Crisis intervention.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and availability for after-hours support. The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with additional on-call requirements.
